When an operator leaves an ATEX grounding clamp connected to a tanker truck and the truck
leaves its location, there is a risk of physical and material damage.
The purpose of the disconnection kit is to limit the level of risk. These are still present, but will be limited by the pulling force required to disconnect the kit.
